Leadership: Keith R. Reynolds

Managing Director

Keith R. Reynolds is a technology marketing and business development professional with both large and small companies and has launched several start-up technology businesses. His experience lies in analyzing, creating and managing business development strategies for B2B and B2C technology firms, including both IBM and Apple. His roles include sales and relationship management, strategic analysis and planning; company, brand and product management; public relations, business capitalization. In addition, he has expertise in the application of Internet and software technologies to marketing. Keith has developed a strong reputation with clients for successfully managing a diverse array of initiatives and relationships.

Keith founded Maxim in 1995 and has serviced clients under this brand for the last 16 years. His clients included Advanced Fuel Research (AFR), which spun-out Vidiation, a CBRNE homeland security technology firm. Keith was retained by Vidiation to build partner relationships and work on product development. He led a coalition of technology companies to provide testimony to the US Congress about radiation security. Prior to working with AFR, Keith was the Director of the Connecticut Technology Council’s Edward, Angell, Palmer & Dodge’s FastTrack program, a business accelerator for start-up technology companies. He also served as Director of the Venture Investors of New York, Association for Corporate Growth and Vice President of the Connecticut Venture Group.

Keith holds a Masters of Science in Justice and Security from University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Southern Illinois University. He completed IBM’s Advanced Business Institute’s rigorous Financial Management and President’s Class training programs, which concentrated on teaching C-Level strategic and financial decision-making to sales and marketing professionals.

Keith is published in business and trade journals and is a moderator and presenter at events, including Frost & Sullivan Executive Summits and other technology conferences. He is on the board of advisors of the Fairfield County Business Journal.
